5. No use of alcohol or recreational drugs at the ball field.

Have fun: Keep it light. Cheer for your teammates, especially after a mistake. Remember that we all make errors.

Keep it positive: Focus on encouragement and constructive feedback. Avoid any form of trash talk or negative comments.

No gossip: Do not engage in or tolerate gossip or rumours about teammates. If you have a concern, address it directly and privately with the person or team leadership.

No va**ng or smoking in common areas - please take it off of the field.

No use of alcohol or recreational drugs at the ball field - this could result in suspension from the team.
