What Weakness are you working on at the moment?

Mine was always Strength through Mobility, that led to countless injuries. Now 100% of my workout is dedicated to detailed Range work and my body is thanking me.

If you use the same energy you put into your Major activities, and use it in the minor details.. that’s when you will start achieving things you didn’t think you could. Obviously that goes for anything 👊

There’s no way I could have comfortably got in and out of this position 2 years ago with any weight.

Is there any Bad Positions or Movements for the Human Body?

Simply, No!

There is only Positions or Movements that you’re READY or NOT READY for.

I know a few people recommend Avoiding certain movements for each Joint. I would recommend putting your efforts into trying to build that range you Don’t have yet 👊 It will help you with everything else!
