Woke up with lowback pain today 🤦🏼♀️

What did I do??! ....
Got to the gym early and moved.
1. Warmed up my spine
2. Loosed my hips
3. Kept my lifts light
4. Booked myself in for an adjustment

Love this!!! Such an amazing experience for me in my graduating year at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Talk about perspective. So happy it is being continued, providing chiropractic care to those who need it the most.
CMCC Year IV interns on their way to the Dominican Republic for their annual outreach to areas in need of chiropractic and health care support. This trip is life altering for many of the interns and patients. Drs. Les Wiltshire and Patricia Tavares will guide and support them.
