I’ve been training with ViPR for some time, and this past Saturday I completed Level 1 Functional Training. 🙌
ViPR is one of the most powerful tools for functional movement: improving mobility, stability, strength, and athletic performance in a way that feels natural and dynamic. It works beautifully for both beginners and athletes.

Got this awesome feedback from my client today.
He said his body felt very relaxed after our session, like after a body massage 🤩🎉
That’s what happens when you move with awareness!
Keeping the body active is important, but so is listening to what it needs.
Some days we push a bit more, other days we focus on releasing and recovering. Both are progress 💪🌿

This morning, as i was going for a run with my sons, I realized: the more I show gratitude and wish less, the more life gives me reasons to smile.
Not through big things, but through little moments of love, peace, and connection.
Everyday feels whole… simply because my heart feels full. Forever thankful for this life! 💛

Cold muscles + static stretch => injury risk‼️
Warm up first: jog, move, shake, dance, or any kind of cardio. (I did a stair run today).
Hot muscles => better stretch, better performance, better you!
Cơ bắp lạnh + giãn cơ tĩnh dễ dẫn đến chấn thương‼️
Hãy khởi động trước: chạy nhẹ, cử động, lắc lư, hoặc nhảy múa hay các hoạt động làm tăng nhịp tim. (Như Thanh hôm nay chọn chạy thang lên núi).
Cơ bắp ấm sẽ giúp việc giãn cơ tốt hơn, vận động hiệu quả hơn, và chúng ta cũng thấy tuyệt vời hơn!

Last time we talked about the warm up, how just few minutes of dynamic movement prepare your body to move smarter and stronger. 🔥
Today, let’s talk about the cool down, just few minutes to unwind, release tension and recover. 🌊
While warm up is active, cool down is calm with passive stretches to relax muscles and reset the mind.
Don’t rush it, honour the slow and relax your body.
