Fall session is starting shortly for our league, we have lots of new teams joining and lots of new players looking for teams to join. Get in touch with me if you need players or to register your team and hold your spot.

Owen Sound - 9 Ball on Monday nights @ Prohibition, starting Monday Sept 14.
Barrie - double jeopardy on Monday nights @ Dunlop Billiards Starting Sept 14.
Orillia - 8 ball on Monday nights @ The Moose Lodge and Army Navy Club Starting Sept 14.
Bracebridge - 8 Ball on Tuesday nights at the Bracebridge Legion starting September 8th.
Parry Sound - 8 Ball on Tuesday nights at Blakes Memories Of Muskoka (Seguin) starting September 29.
Homestead - 8 Ball on Wednesday nights @ Homestead Resort starting September 9.
Owen Sound - 8 Ball on Thursday nights at Prohibition, Starting September 10.
Barrie - double jeopardy on Thursday nights @ Dunlop Billiards and Dream Billiards Starting Sept 17.
NEW NEW NEW ------>Bracebridge - 9 Ball at Blakes Memories of Muskoka (Bracebridge) starting Sept 17.
Homestead - 8 Ball every other Friday night at Homestead Resort starting Sept 25.
Barrie - Double Jeopardy destination division on Sunday afternoon (2pm) for a spot in the Montreal Invitation tournament at Dunlop Billiards starting Sept 20.
Homestead - 9 Ball every other Sunday afternoon at Homestead Resort starting Sept 27.

We also gathering teams for our Ladies divisions playing one Saturday per month (ish) starting Sept 12 and Masters division playing one Saturday per month (ish) starting Sept 26.

Stay tuned for some new details regarding our Sunday night doubles division changes for 2026 / 2027. Aiming to start these Las Vegas divisions Sept 20 (8 ball) and Sept 27 (9 ball).

Today’s the day. The 2026 APA World Pool Championships begin. The biggest and best amateur billiard event in the world. Best of luck to all our participants, bring home a 6 foot cheque and some hardware!!! Hope everyone has blast.

The 2026 APA World Championships gets underway Aug 4th with the 8 ball teams event. 9 ball teams starts Aug 10 and the captains tournament runs Aug 13 and 14.

We have three teams in the 8 ball event, two in the 9 ball event and one in the captains event. You can follow their progress on Compusport.

Wishing all our teams and players safe travels and best of luck in this amazing event.

The Simcoe, Grey, Muskoka CPA Office will be closed starting at 6pm July 29 until 9am Aug 5. If you need anything urgently during this time, please reach out to your team captain or division rep.

The 2026 MVP Shootout list has been updated with the Fall and Spring session players.

For those that don’t know (or have forgotten) the MVP Shootout is annual event held in mid October (Oct 17 for 8 ball and Oct 18 for 9 Ball). To be eligible, you must finish at or near the top of MVP standings in your skill level tier in the Fall, Spring or Summer session(s). The Shootout is free for those who qualify, pays out $7000 in cash and qualifies 7 players for the Spring Singles Regionals.

Did you make the Shootout List? If you’re name’s not on the list, you still have this session (summer) to get added to the list if eligible players.

Note: Names on the list with ** are players who are not active in the summer session and have lost eligibility.
