Sometimes it’s not one big thing that throws you off — it’s all the tiny ones.

💬 The unanswered texts
💊 The vitamins you keep forgetting
🧺 The laundry you swore you'd fold two days ago

These little tasks pile up until your brain freezes, and suddenly… everything feels impossible. That spiral of “why can’t I just do it?” kicks in — and the shame hits hard.

But here’s the truth:
🌿 You’re not broken.
🌿 No really, you’re not.
🌿 Your brain might just need a softer way in.

In this post, I’m sharing three gentle ways I use to get unstuck — especially when executive function is low. They’re not magic fixes, but they’ve helped me find my way forward without pushing through burnout.

It has been a minute - hi again!

I have been on mat leave, getting a crash course on flexibility, rest, routines, intuition, and how wild ADHD + parenting can be.

This has basically been my entire history with work. I am working on teaching myself that unconditional relaxation and disconnecting from work is safe, and means nothing about me as a person. My body and soul need it.
