Player CREATIVITY looks a lot like player INTELLIGENCE having fun.

Fundamentals are for all! Though we develop dominant skaters differently today, we still can’t forget the foundational movement patterns. Speed, acceleration and power output are directly correlated to the the time and space needed, to be a threat in today’s game. There’s no better time to revisit this area than the off-season. Keeping pace is often the separating factor of whether an athlete can advance to higher levels of play.
It’s never too late, or too early for that matter- to teach & refine the proper mechanics of the skating stride. 💥
