I used to hate training my core… πŸ™…πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I’d avoid ab workouts entirely because they felt annoying and complicated. So I created my β€œlazy girl” ab routine: simple moves, same position, with minimal effort that still works. Now I actually look forward to training abs because I’m seeing real results!!
