Schools Out Club is our SUMMER EDITION of “after school club, and we’re SO excited to be offering a 10am time slot for all you on summer break!

If you’re ages 14-17 and looking to build knowledge, confidence, and real strength in the gym — this one’s for you.
Join Coach Taya for this fun, educational summer series! 🏋️
This 5-week ‘learn to lift’ series focuses on building a strong foundation, learning to move safely through fundamental movement patterns, exploring the gym and equipment, and feeling more confident in a gym setting.

⏰ Tuesdays @ 10am (1hr sessions)
📅 July 28th – August 25th (5 weeks)
🎒 Ages 14-17
👥 6 person maximum — spots are limited!

🏋️♀️Coach Andie’s ‘Golden Girls’ is focused on functional barbell and strength movements to keep you strong for daily life and activities!
🧠 Together you’ll learn the importance of strength training and progressive overload as we age. (And have only a little bit of fun🤭)
👏This is the perfect program for ‘older adults’ (we’ll let you decide 😉) who are interested in gaining strength, confidence and experience in the gym setting - specifically with barbells!
