In late October my husband and I welcomed our beautiful baby boy - Bo 🧡
Bo was so cozy he didn’t want to leave but after a successful induction 11 days past his due date, he made his entrance into the world and into our arms.
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of Bo’s life have been the greatest gift and of course have challenged me in so many new ways just as the most fulfilling things in life tend to, and I’m excited to share more of this journey into motherhood.
I have been taking some time off, but am excited to share that I will be starting to see clients again in the early part of 2026!

This is exactly what I did and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat to do work that lights me up, makes me feel like ME, and allows me to help others do the same.
And while you can absolutely do this work on your own - I got there much FASTER and with less self-sabotage through the support, accountability, and guidance of coaches who I’ve worked with over the years.
There are a couple more months before I head on mat leave - so if you’ve been thinking about starting this journey of ‘what’s next’ - I would love to chat with you!

Change and transition have been recurring themes in my life over the last 10+ years - from moving to London, changing careers, returning to Canada, starting over in a new city, and navigating lots of twists and turns in between.
Now I’m preparing (and already in the thick of) what feels like the biggest transition yet…I’m pregnant!
Bringing a little soul into the world has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, and it’s not lost on me how lucky I am to be able to experience this. I’m feeling so excited and of course slightly nervous for this new chapter with so much to learn and so much uncertainty!
But our baby boy(!!) is due in mid-October, and in the meantime, I’m still coaching (though at times am slightly out of breath 😂). I’ll be continuing to take on a handful of new clients through the summer, and plan to wrap up for maternity leave at the start of October.
I expect to return to work part-time sometime within the first part of 2026, though I’ll be playing that by ear.
So that said if you’ve been thinking about working together this year, I would love to hear from you! Now is a great time to connect 🧡

Back from a long IG hiatus with some updates on where I’ve been 🫶🏻
When I started my business in 2021, my goal was to use social media as a way to connect, share my stories vulnerably, and show people what could be possible through transformational coaching.
Last year I started to notice that I had lost touch with my own mission and more importantly with myself.
I had become so focused on strategies for growth and optimizing for the algorithm, but lost touch with why I started this work in the first place.
As a result of this misalignment, I started noticing early signs of burnout - never switching off, not sleeping properly, feeling irritable, tension all through my body, so tired, and my whole identity being tied up in my work.
I thought I’d already been through this lesson - but it turns out life likes to pressure test your growth just when we think we’ve learned the lesson.
I decided right then and there that I wanted growth, but not at the cost of myself. I decided to pause on social media, and focus on what energized me and inspired me most in my work which always has been coaching.
I’ve gotten so much clarity on my own “why”, what I love, what I don’t, and the kind of impact I want to create.
Since then, I have coached people across industries, countries, walks of life - people questioning everything from career moves to self-worth. And I’ve seen what’s possible when they start cultivating a more honest, trusting relationship with themselves.
The result? They’re clearer than ever on who they are, what matters most, and what they actually want. They’re setting better boundaries, navigating hard conversations with more confidence, and finally making moves they’ve been putting off for years.
And me? I feel more like myself than I have in a long time.
So on that note - I’m gradually returning on here to share what I’m learning from the front lines of transformation - my clients’ and my own.
To connect through real experiences.
And to support those ready to do the brave work of realigning life and work with who they truly are.
If that’s you, I’ve got a couple of spots opening in June - book a discovery call through the link in my bio 🧡

Some moments from the last little while that have been fun, energizing, healing or all of the above 🧡
In no particular order…
-made Dan come cross-country skiing with me (bullying works 😉)
-annual Xmas tennis
-being crazy about winter sunsets
-returning to London and seeing some wonderful humans and all my favourite spots
-winter beach walks
-snowy trees
-brave people cold plunging on NYD!
-more sunsets
Sometimes in the winter we have to fight a little harder for fun and for our little bits of sunshine and daylight, but those moments in our day make such a difference and are so so important!
How are you prioritizing fun and joy this winter? 🧡

Life lately ft. some very treasured moments 🧡
I’ve been quieter on here the last few months because life and work got really busy and well - social media needed to take a back seat.
It’s been freeing to acknowledge and accept that sometimes we can’t do it all and that’s okay!
Sometimes we need to lower the bar in certain areas so we can raise it in others.
This little break was such a gift to myself - it gave me more presence, more fulfillment in my work, space to process and reflect, to show up more fully for myself and my people, and to embrace this new chapter of married life!
Tuning into my needs was a key first step and one you can take too if you’re feeling stretched a little thin or like you need a bit of a reset.
On that note - here are 3 powerful questions you can reflect on that will help you meet your own needs as we head into the last 2 months of the year:
1. Where in your life or work do you need to lower the bar so you can raise it in others?
2. What gifts do you want to give yourself as we head into the last 2 months of the year?
3. What are you resisting that you need to accept or allow in? (This could be rest, this could be a bit of discomfort, certain emotions, or something else).
Thanks for reading this little update and happy reflecting x
