đ¨ Canadian business ownersâespecially menâlisten up.
99% of you are making the same mistake.
You hand your entire brandâGoogle, social media, websiteâto:
⢠some kid in his momâs basement
⢠a stranger overseas
⢠or a bloated U.S. marketing farm
âŚand then sit back expecting growth.
Thatâs not strategy. Thatâs negligence.
đ It is NOT possible to sit back while an agency âgrows your brand.â
They can:
â run ads
â get followers
â maybe generate leads
But they CANNOT build your brand.
Why?
Because brand = human connection. And they are not YOU.
â
Hereâs what it actually takes in 2026:
⢠Engage with 5â10 people DAILY
⢠Interact with 20â50 ideal clients EVERY DAY
⢠Post 1â7 pieces of content DAILY (not sellingâentertaining)
⢠Invest in learningâAI, content, psychology
This is the game now.
â
There was a time you could:
đ put up a sign
đ run flyers
đ rely on local traffic
That time is gone for most of you.
Now youâre in a war for attention.
And your competitors are showing up while youâre waiting.
â
Even the best agencies can:
â run ads
â optimize
â edit
But we can NEVER:
â be you
â tell your story authentically
â create real connection
That only comes from YOU.
â
Youâre not just a business owner anymore.
You are:
đ entertainer
đ storyteller
đ comedian
đ teacher
Go look at every successful man you followâheâs all of them.
â
Stop delegating your growth.
Start COLLABORATING.
Because if you disappear and expect resultsâŚ
đŤ No agency can save you.
â
Show up.
Or get buried by the ones who do.

đ âI Didn't Recognize Myself Anymoreâ
It wasnât about the number on the scale.
It was about energy. About not being able to keep up with the kids.
About dreading the stairs.
And the mirror.
For months, maybe years, they kept saying, âNext Monday, Iâll start.â
But pain doesnât always come from pulled muscles or sore joints.
Sometimes, itâs mental.
Itâs the quiet voice that says youâve let yourself go⌠and youâre not sure how to get back.
And then one day, they walked through our doors.
Nervous. Tired. Doubtful.
But weâve seen this story before.
One hour at a time. One workout at a time.
That person showed up again. Stronger. Sharper. Smiling.
The pain didnât vanishâit just got repurposed into progress.

As a nutritionist focused on Paleo and Carnivore principles, Iâve seen firsthand the devastating impact of traditional British comfort foods and pub culture. Letâs talk honestly.
The after-work pint, the bangers and mash, the fish and chipsâthey may feel like cultural staples, but theyâre quietly destroying your health. These meals are built around ultra-processed grains, industrial seed oils, sugar-laden sauces, and hormone-disrupting alcohol. Your gut isnât built to process this toxic load daily.
This diet decimates your microbiome, paving the way for bloating, chronic inflammation, acid reflux, IBS, and Crohnâs. Over time, the damage extends beyond digestionâskin conditions like rosacea and adult acne flare, teeth erode, and your brain suffers. Enter Type 3 DiabetesâAlzheimerâs, now linked directly to chronic blood sugar dysregulation and systemic inflammation.
A proper human dietâanchored in ancestral wisdomâleans into nutrient-dense meats, wild-caught fish, eggs, organ meats, and seasonal plants. Ditch the processed junk, and your energy skyrockets, your mind clears, your skin glows, and you begin aging in reverse.
Pub nights may seem harmless, even social, but when your food is killing your gut, your skin, your brain, and your futureâitâs time to wake up.

What an incredible lifestyle, right?
But hereâs what you donât see: the cost.
I tried to live two lives.
From Monday to Friday, I was on fireâcrushing goals, building my business, staying fit, chasing growth.
But the weekends? They were a blur of partying, distractions, and chasing validation.
𼺠I know some of you entrepreneurs can relate. When life or business gets hard, distractions show up dressed as pleasure. You lose focus, discipline, and purpose.
What happened to me was simple:
I started spending more time chasing girls and dopamine than building the future I once dreamed of. I was in pain, Struggling,
Lacking tools, mentorship, and self-control.
𤯠And boyâdid life make me learn the hard way. Like many men, we donât shift until weâve hit the wall.
Now?
My weekends are different.
Work.
Workouts.
Clean meals.
Podcasts.
Books.
Growth.
And above allâtrying to be the best damn father I can be to the young men Iâm raising.
Caution to the young entrepreneur:
The car, the boat, the flashy watch, and âlook at meâ lifestyle?
It might get you attention, but it wonât build legacy.
Youâll attract people who only love what you haveânot who you are.
And the price of those distractions?
Your time.
Your progress.
Your peace.
If Iâd learned this at 20, Iâd be retired by now. Iâm 40. And only in the last five years have I started to truly build. Iâm not bitterâIâm grateful. But I share this to help someone else avoid my mistakes.

The secret to growing revenue on social media lies in building trust at scale.
People donât buy from brandsâthey buy from people they trust. So, the key is to consistently show up with valuable, relatable, and engaging content that speaks directly to your ideal customerâs problems, desires, and identity. Start by getting ultra-clear on who youâre serving. Know their pain points, lifestyle, language, and goals. Then, create content that solves their problems, entertains them, or educates them. Think: value first, sale second.
Use video as your main toolâReels, Stories, Lives. Video builds connection faster than anything else because it humanizes your brand. Let your face, voice, and personality shine through. Authenticity outperforms polish.
Consistency is critical. Post regularly and show up in comments and DMs. Social media is a two-way conversation, not a billboard. Engage like a real human, not a logo.
Next, use strong calls to action. Tell people what to do nextâwhether itâs to comment, save, DM, or click a link. Make it easy to buy from you. Use tools like Linktree or a website funnel to guide them.
Paid ads can accelerate growth, but they only work if your content and messaging are already strong. Donât pour money into ads before youâve proven your offer converts organically.
Finally, track what works. Double down on the content that drives saves, shares, and DMs. Thatâs the content building trustâand trust drives revenue.
In short: speak to one person, provide real value, be human, stay consistent, and make it easy to buy. Thatâs the real secret.

đ Look, Iâm gonna be honestâright now, Iâm taking your mom for a stroll down Pritchard Beach. We were just talking about you, and sheâs wondering when youâre finally gonna get your act together, quit ordering SkipTheDishes, and stop blaming everyone else for your problems.
I tried to tell her to stop, but she insisted on sharing her concerns. I said, âNo, Ethel, please stopâbecause youâre prettier when you donât speak.â She caught my drift immediately and blew me a kiss.
đ Now, donât be upsetâEthelâs generation is just built different. They were more resilient, accountable, and intentional with their process. They ate half the food and moved twice as much. And by âfood,â I mean real foodâyou know, the stuff we used to grow in the ground, raise on a pasture, and leave alone⌠packed with actual nutrients.
Ethel told me she used to have a backyard garden and often grew your dinner herself. I told her I had something special for her at dessert, but that might be a bit of an overshare. My apologies for crossing that boundary. Sheâs a bad girl though.
âĄď¸ So what am I talking about here? What does it take to lose 40 pounds every damn year, still enjoy the occasional drink, and eat an absolutely reckless amount of Ben & Jerryâs, Doritos, and gummy bears once a week?
Honestly, steroids have nothing to do with it. They help with recovery and water retention in muscles, but they donât make you leanerâthey make you fuller. In fact, Iâve found it easier to cut body fat without steroids, especially the doctor-prescribed kind, since they suppress appetite and make calorie deficits easier to manage. The smartest bodybuilders stay off gear for most of the year and run low doses only during summer months.
đ I hope this was helpfulâand rest assured, your mom is in good hands tonight.
âŚTonight and tomorrow morning.
XOXO,
Coach

Why Losing Fat the Second Time Is Easier
If youâve lost weight before and regained some, donât stressâitâs much easier to drop it again. Hereâs why:
â
Itâs Not Old, Stubborn Fat â Recently gained weight is often water retention and surface-level fat, not the deep, slow-burning fat from before. This makes it easier to lose.
â
Metabolic Memory â Your body remembers how to burn fat. Since youâve already built muscle and improved insulin sensitivity, your system can reactivate fat loss faster.
â
Your Body Knows What to Do â The first time, your body had to adjust. Now, it recognizes the signals and shifts into fat-burning mode quickly.
Types of Fat & Weight Gain
đš Adrenal Fat â Stress-driven belly fat from high cortisol. Fix it with better sleep, stress management, and stable blood sugar.
đš Subcutaneous Fat â The pinchable fat under the skin. Burns easily with caloric deficit and strength training.
đš Water Retention â Caused by sodium, dehydration, or hormones. Drops fast with hydration and mineral balance.
đš Old, Stubborn Brown Fat â Long-term deep fat that takes time to burn but responds to strength training and cold exposure.
Bottom Line?
If youâve lost weight before, your body is primed to do it againâfaster. Stick to consistent nutrition, movement, and stress management, and youâll shed it in no time!
