This is a full-day martial arts experience bringing together Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, local businesses, vendors, music, and community — all under one roof.

Train with an incredible lineup of coaches from across multiple disciplines, learn from experienced martial artists, connect with local businesses and be part of something built to unite and grow the combat sports community in the Okanagan.

We are so proud of you guys for the effort and attitudes displayed at the tournament.

Composure is a tough thing for little ones to find in hard moments (and for adults too!) but these guys had no problem overcoming the big feelings of losing.

“I want to go again!” was echoing through one of them despite feeling down and they came back strong!
