Annual Nemesis Ice-Breaker Tournament

10/08/2026

ATTENTION ALL TEAMS/COACHES:

Hi Coaches and Teams,

🥎 4th Annual Nemesis Ice-Breaker 2027 🥎

With the incredible demand for this year’s tournament and the number of teams wanting to be part of the Nemesis Ice-Breaker, Q and I are working hard to find the best way to expand the tournament and accommodate as many teams as possible.

To help us make this happen, we are looking at expanding the tournament schedule to four days Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday with a later start on Friday.

Adding the fourth day would allow us to spread the games and fields out more efficiently, give our out-of-town teams additional time to travel, and hopefully allow us to accommodate more of the teams currently wanting a spot in the tournament.

We are asking all teams to please let us know as soon as possible if playing on Monday would create any major issues for your team. This is not a request to choose between two tournament formats; rather, we need to know if there are any significant scheduling conflicts we need to be aware of as we work on expanding the tournament.

The sooner we have this information, the sooner Q and I can start arranging the fields, schedules and logistics needed to accommodate everyone.

We truly appreciate your patience, flexibility and continued support of the Annual Nemesis Ice-Breaker. The response this year has been absolutely incredible, and we’re excited to see just how big we can make this tournament! 🥎🔥

Please reply as soon as possible with any concerns regarding a Monday game.

Thank you!

🥎🔥 NEMESIS ICEBREAKER 2027 — GET YOUR SPOT SECURED! 🔥🥎

The interest in our Annual Nemesis Icebreaker Softball Tournament has been absolutely incredible! With 50 teams currently on our main list and 9 teams already on the waitlist, we are officially at the point where we need to start securing spots. 👀🔥

To help us give priority to the teams who are committed to playing, we are now asking for a $200 deposit to secure your team’s spot in the 2027 tournament.

💰 $200 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT = YOUR SPOT SECURED

📅 DEPOSIT DEADLINE: JANUARY 1, 2027
💵 REMAINING ENTRY FEE DUE: FEBRUARY 15, 2027

📧 E-transfer: [email protected]

👉 IMPORTANT: Please include your TEAM NAME in the message/comment of your e-transfer so we know exactly which team the deposit belongs to.

We want to give the teams who have paid their deposit first priority when finalizing the tournament lineup. With the amount of interest we’re receiving, we want to make sure the teams who are committed get first dibs on those spots!

🔥 50 TEAMS. 9 ON THE WAITLIST. 🔥
And we’re not even done yet!
We are also actively looking at options to add additional spots so we can hopefully accommodate some or all of the teams currently sitting on our waitlist. We’re working behind the scenes to see what we can make happen! 👀🤞🥎

If you’re currently on the main list, now is the time to lock in your spot. If you’re on the waitlist, hang tight we’ll be in touch as spots become available.

Have questions? Reach out to myself or Q and we’ll be happy to help!

And remember…

😈 DON’T MAKE US CHASE YOU FOR YOUR DEPOSIT! 😂🥎

Thank you to every team, coach, and player who continues to support the Nemesis Icebreaker year after year. We cannot wait to make 2027 our biggest and best one yet!
