Adult Dirty Soda Recipe, Soooo Delicious!! Mix together 2oz of Havana Club Rum, 1oz Simps black cherry syrup(locally made), 1.5oz lactose free creamer, 7oz cola. All on ice in a tall glass with some drunken cherries from to top it off.

Busy Mom Hack 🥚 High-Protein Egg Bites (Kid-Approved!) If mornings are chaotic, this one’s for you 👇
These high-protein egg bites take ~30 minutes total, are easy, delicious, and keep my kids fueled for breakfast + snacks all week.

What you need:
✔️ 6 eggs
✔️ 1 cup cottage cheese (the secret protein boost 🤫)
✔️ Any add-ins you like — I use peppers, deli meat & cheddar cheese

How to make them:
1️⃣ Blend 6 eggs + 1 cup cottage cheese until smooth (kids won’t even know it’s in there!)
2️⃣ Pour into a bowl and stir in your favorite add-ins
3️⃣ Fill a muffin tin
4️⃣ Bake at 370°F for 17 minutes

That’s it 🙌

I wanted to take a quick minute to re-introduce myself and share why this space exists.

The Mom Huddle was created to bring together sports moms, stepmoms, aunts—any woman supporting an athlete—who is busy and could use tips, tricks, and real-life hacks to make life easier.

I’m a mom to two very active boys, so I truly understand how full life can get with practices, games, travel, and everything in between.

Here at the Mom Huddle, you’ll also find easy gift-giving ideas and self-care finds over at the MomHuddle.store, because taking care of yourself matters too.

We also support fundraising—if you’re looking for ideas, need help, or want to reach more people for your team or athlete, don’t hesitate to reach out. That’s what this community is about.

My goal is to help make life feel less busy and more manageable for moms with athletes—and this community is just getting started.
