Update from our previous post:
We are currently working with the sellers and our property development team to finalize the purchase, and we’re excited to share that our plans will support both Western and English riders. We recognize the unique needs of each discipline and are thoughtfully designing the amenities, barns, and overall layout to ensure a balanced, functional space for everyone.

Thank you for all the feedback you’ve shared so far—your input is helping shape this project. We hear you, and we’re committed to doing our very best to deliver what this community has been asking for

Due to ongoing negotiations and finalization, we will be pausing this page until we acquire a property. We appreciate your understanding, we will notify you all once we have everything finalized. For now, we need to focus on step one, aquiring a property somewhere in Kelowna lol. Hopefully the current option finalizes, but we are passionate about this community now and will work hard to get a location.

14x12 indoor stalls with in/out attached 14x20 outdoor paddock
Seasonal large pastures for turnout

Individual tack lockers for each stall
Wash Rack and Grooming stalls in each barn

Night Checks- resident owner/operator ensure round the clock attention for horse safety and care

Access to the indoor and outdoor arena for individual practice or coaching sessions

Guest stalls available for out of town horses, veterinary and farrier needs

We’re currently in the process of securing our location, which will be announced soon — it’s situated in the Kelowna Mission area. We’re just wrapping up the design phase for the barns, and I’ve attached a few inspiration photos to give you a feel for the look and atmosphere we’re creating.

Our goal is to build a space that offers exceptional care, functional training areas, and opportunities for collaboration between riders, trainers, and breeders. The ranch will provide top-quality facilities focused on training, boarding care, and community-centered events. Our boarding will be full boarding to premium boarding with prices ranging from $750-950. Our full boarding will include an In/Out stall (in the new barn) which will be 14x12 inside and 14x20 outside for each horse, Premium Alfalfa/Hay mix feed (any supplements etc that your horse may require are t be provided by you), stall cleaning, and much more, with premium being our "hands off" option where we handle the day to day care so you can rest assured your horse is cared for. We have many more perks and options to post here, once finalized, we will have the boarding detailed lists available.

We’re also in the process of confirming our trainers and coaches, and we truly value input from potential boarders, and will have their prices once secured. If there are specific amenities, services, or features that matter most to you, we’d love to hear your suggestions as we refine our plans — especially if they align with our vision and space design.

We will be accepting new boarders into the current stalls, with the first 26 horses receiving priority choice in the new barns once they are ready in late spring/early summer 2026.
