If you’re struggling today, talk to someone. A friend. A family member. A therapist. A brother or sister you trust. The conversation you think is impossible might be the one that changes everything.

And if someone reaches out to you… don’t try to fix them. Just listen.

You never know what battle someone is carrying.

Be kind. Check on your people. Keep showing up.
