Guess what’s back this summer??

Stroller Strides is a full body workout designed for moms with little ones. Each 60 minute workout is comprised of strength, cardio and core restoration. This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

🍼Starts June 25th @ 10 am
🍼Meet at Lake Ontario Park
🍼Cost $50/4 week program
🍼Get access to private Facebook group and connect with other amazing mothers.

Social distancing will be implemented.
Maximum 10 participants.

Self love is not about loving everything about yourself and being perfect. Nor is about looking in the mirror and chanting words back at yourself.

It’s about respecting your own body and mind. Listening to your body and owning your mental health. Self care is a continuous action of taking care of yourself and the need to put yourself first.

It is very important to remember self care this time of year. Many of us tend put others first and forget to take care of ourselves. Self care doesn’t have to be working out or writing in a journal. It can simply mean letting yourself say no, disconnect from social media or giving up your expectations.

If you are feeling overwhelmed this time of year or just from this chaotic year in general, you’re not alone. Take care of yourself first💜

This week I have been hooked on making taco bowls. I think I will give myself a 10/10 for this one 🙋🏽‍♀️. If you are looking for a healthy dinner option try this recipe out.

Taco Bowl Recipe 🌶

▪️2lbs ground turkey
▪️1/2 white onion
▪️2 bell peppers
▪️ 1 cup basmati rice
▪️2-3 cups mixed greens
▪️1-2 plain cups greek yogurt
▪️Taco Tuesday seasoning
▪️1 cup salsa
▪️1 pita bread baked with olive oil
▪️1/4 cup feta cheese
▪️Olives
*Makes 3-4 servings
