We are joyful to share the news that 25 people have now registered for Second Heart Sangha's Day of Mindfulness, "I am in Love with Mother Earth" on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Elbow Lake Environmental Education Centre. Hang Nhan from Kingston Sangha is the guest dharma teacher.
The venue is limited to 40 participants. We strongly encourage sangha family who wish to participate to register this week, before registration is opened to a wider audience through promotions and outreach.

Dear Friends, with a big smile we announce the manifestation of Wake Up Kingston! The Wake Up Kingston Sangha is a group of young mindfulness practitioners, aged 18-35, that come together to breathe, nourish happiness, and cultivate wellbeing in oneself and in the world. We meet weekly in-person, with a virtual option.
