Sundays Combatives Room (3rd floor)
3-5 pm Combined
Wednesdays Studio 4 (2nd floor)
7:30-8:30pm Beginners

A Self-Defense, Reflection, and Meditation Workshop in collaboration with Project Happiness, The Best Self Collective, Queen's Women Health Advocacy, and Queen's White Ribbon!
We spent the morning building practical self-defense skills, grounding ourselves through guided meditation, and creating space for open reflection.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a safe, uplifting environment. Strength isn’t just physical, it’s community, awareness, and intention. 🥋✨🧘♀️
