Perfect Skating vs Small Area Movement Program

What’s the difference between PS and SAM programs? Which one is right for your athlete? If you need foundational skating and on-ice movement correction then the Perfect Skating program will improve your movement proficiency, joint mobility and joint stability. If you need to improve quickness, agility and evasive skating then the SAM program is the one you want. The main difference is that the SAM program is focused on the SPEED OF MOVEMENT, whereas our PS program works on the fundamentals of skating and ensures maximum MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY.
