I had a house full over the weekend, this event was my family’s way of gathering and remembering a loved one, we thank all of you for coming and celebrating her with us… you made the day great❤️. To see mothers and daughters and grandbabies and best friends together, doing what my girl loved to do was perfect.
It is the first big event I have hosted, and it will be my last memorial for her. I grieved hard when I lost Carolyn, she was my baby, I was young when I had her, and we grew up together. She was my business partner, and she was my best friend. My grief gave way to depression, and I had some very very rough years… rough on those around me.
Yesterday was my day to say goodbye. I had so much I wanted to say to you all, but the heat, the stress, the lack of sleep and the moment got the best of me and I had to hand over the mic.
It will be 5 years on July 28th. I talked to my girl the night before, and we said I love you as we hung up. Then she text me to tell me her new c**t was a cribber, and we said good night and I love you again. I will cherish that, and I wish to all of you, to hug your babies, hug your mommas… tell your friends you love them. And take pictures. Lots of them.

I am heading to Alanna’s to do payouts. We did make a mistake in the open. A time was entered incorrectly and the second place prize in the 3D was awarded to the wrong person. I will update the page when I am back home and know better what we are doing regarding this, and I apologize for this… it WILL affect the payouts in that division.

Official draw for the race tomorrow! We are SO excited to see all these talented riders and horses run!
