What the F%$&’s for dinner???
Maybe give this one a try….
6 oz lean ground beef
2 tbls shredded cheese
1/2 tbls mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pickle juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
2 large handfuls of romaine lettuce
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup pickles halved
1-2 tbls “Hot mess” Thousand Islands dressing or regular Thousand Islands dressing
➖Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and season with salt and pepper (halfway through browning)
➖After about 4-5 minutes begin mixing in the mustard, garlic powder, pickle juice and paprika.
➖Once cooked -taste and adjust spices as desired. Remove from heat.
➖Assemble the salad with the romaine, beef, onions, cheese, pickles and dressing.

Muscle isn’t just about how you look it’s about how you live. And the truth is, building “bulk” takes a very specific kind of training, eating, and intention. It doesn’t just happen.
What does happen?
You get stronger.
You move better.
You feel more like yourself again.
And that’s the goal 💪
If you’ve been avoiding weights because you’re worried about getting “too big,” consider this your sign to start.

What does feeling strong mean to me?
Feeling strong is a combination of a few different things: physical strength from training consistently and pushing heavy weights, mental strength from knowing I’ve survived 100% of my hardest days, and emotional strength from being unapologetically myself.
Something members might not know about me
When I first became an instructor, I was super nervous to speak in public. So I got myself a full-size mirror, parked my bike in front of it, and practiced teaching my entire class every day until I felt confident enough to stand in front of people.
My favourite exercise
Anything that lets me push or pull heavy weights. I love chest presses, single-arm rows, RDLs, and anything in the squat rack. I also love the spin bike.
My favourite pump-up song
“Dragula” by Rob Zombie.
What would I say to someone who’s nervous about coming to Hot Mess?
Every single person in this room has had a first day — myself included. We’ll all be rooting for you. This is a space where we cheer each other on and celebrate each other’s successes.
