Seven years ago today I thought to myself “I am going to put myself out there and meet some new friends”. So what did I do? I signed up for powerlifting training with a trainer. A few months later I would enter my first meet. I entered it with little expectations, Little did I know that would be my first gold medal. This medal then burned a fire under my arse and I entered a few more meets with higher expectations. I got 4 more gold medals. However the next meet I entered into I got a silver. Did I continue to enter meets and try to get a redemption gold? No….I quit powerlifting being the 17 year old I was I felt ashamed of second place. Ladies and gentlemen I am here to tell you that you should NOT throw something away because you didn’t live up to your expectations. Training harder, sleep better, and go for that frickin gold! You can do more than you think you can. Even when you feel bad about yourself there is someone out there who is hyping you up. It’s all about looking within yourself and finding that hype man!! Keep grinding and I hope this inspired you!!

Happy New Year everyone!! This is the year that I make some massive changes. More posts on here, starting a cut, and getting swole. I look forward to more regular posts here to provide a top-tier learning experience for all. Have an awesome weekend! My new schedule of posting 5 days a week starts this Monday.

Yesterday was a massive day for me, I am 1 year sober. It's been a grind but I didn't doubt even once that I could do it. After a few months, I realized that it is all about mind over matter. If you tell yourself you don't need something and you truly believe it, the cravings and temptations will fade away. I am a huge believer in having a positive mindset and always thinking "mind over matter".

If there is something that is becoming a problem for you or you want to quit something. If you truly believe and tell yourself that you don't need it, it will change your life for the better. Whether that's sobriety or overconsumption of food just grind through the first 30 days with a positive mindset and it will be a cakewalk from there.

Hello all! Happy Holidays, I hope you are doing well. First off I would like to apologize for my absence. I have been buried deep in schoolwork. I finally wrote and passed my final exam for my Nutrition Coach Certification. Second I plan to post at least 4 days a week starting on January 1st. With more real-life content such as videos and photos. Lucky you! You get to see my face more often. Joking aside I just wanted to say I apologize and I look forward to providing higher quality content in the new year. I hope your holiday season and new years is filled with joy and happiness. This is your friendly reminder to get your fiber intake in. Fiber not only helps with bowel activity it also helps keep you fuller. If you eat a very high protein diet like myself then you may not get all the nutrients you may need from vegetables and greens. If this is the case a greens supplement might help get those essential micronutrients. However it is important to still eat a well balanced diet with lots of dark leafy greens and a variety of fruit and veggies.

Todays post is not a quote or a tip rather its a way to absolutely nuke your legs after a good leg workout. Its called the tower of terror it is whats called a finisher. You do it after all of your excercises on your leg day to absolutely push your legs to the edge. You start at the highest weight you can do for 3 reps. Then you go down one pin on the leg extension machine all the way down to 10 lbs. This is a way to get huge quads and push your legs to absolute failure.
