[10/27/20]   Following the governments press conference we unfortunately have no choice but to delay our reopening until November 23rd. Your payments will continue to be paused until then. We understand the disappointment. We will continue to keep you updated as we get more information.

A healthy lifestyle with regular exercise continues to be the BEST defense against illnesses and viruses although not an ideal situation try to find ways to remain active until we reopen!

Equipment needed: bands (if you have), any kind of weight ( dumbbell, garbage bag with clothes, school bag etc.

Circuit is to be completed 3-4 times with a 2 minute break in between sets!

A2. Lateral lunges with bands ( 60 seconds)

A3 Goblet squat 60 seconds

[03/20/20]   Let's end this crazy week off with bang! We're getting a little creative with this circuit. Grab a bag it could either be a garbage bag or school bag fill it up with clothes heavy enough but not to heavy! .
We have a 5 excercise circuit that is to be completed 3-5 times 45 seconds each excercise do as many reps as you can without pause. Take a 2 minute break in between sets!
