I have always wanted to help and guide others with their personal fitness journeys , and it takes a lot of trust in someone to allow them into your world a little to reach your goals, after all personal fitness is tied so closely to mental health, so it’s a very personal relationship you adapt with your coach/trainer. And it’s our duty and responsibility to give you the effort care and dedication to help you and guide you to reach your goals that you’re seeking.
Over 10 years in health and fitness now I’ve seen and done and tried it all , I don’t need to give some BS story to get you on, I’ve earned my presence in the fitness world to just being known as the gym guy.
