Great results from the track tonight! Improvement all around.

Reminder that class tonight is at the Coalhurst running track beside the high school. No uniform needed. Bring running shoes!

UPDATE TO THIS POST-NEW DATE: Class will be at the Coalhurst running track beside the Coalhurst High School on Monday the 29th. Bring running shoes and no uniforms needed.

Monday is a holiday, so no class. See you Friday!

Due to rain, Coulee Stairs postponed to Monday at 6:00. Friday's class will be Randori at 6:30.

Friday's class will be the fitness test running stairs in the coulees. 6:00 at the same location, down the hill from the Scenic Drive Wendy's. No uniforms, dress for the weather, bring water.

Congrats to the newest green belts, Brennen and Corwin. Great work!
