Due to overwhelming interest from younger athletes and families, we’ve opened another Intro to Aerial Silks class on Friday afternoons! *Starting February 13th

📆 February–April Session

This beginner-friendly class introduces young athletes to hammock and split silks, exploring climbs, swings, and poses in a fun, supportive environment. Classes focus on safe, age-appropriate progressions that build strength, coordination, flexibility, creativity, and confidence — all while having a great time in the air.

$69/month + tax (3-month session; April tuition adjusted in event of winter closures)

• Aerial Arts/ Cirque night! -Come try out the silks, hammock, trapeze & lyra (hoop)!
-12 to 16 yrs | Friday, Nov 28, 6:00-7:00 PM
-Adult 16+ yrs | Friday, Nov 28, 7:15-8:30 PM
• Open gym 3-5pm
• Tumbling Intensives run from 5:30 to 8:30 PM and include cartwheels & handstands, bridges & rolls, walkovers and handsprings. -Don’t miss out on an amazing chance to work on skills!
•Kids night in- Music Mania with Coach Tiff! 6:00-8:30 PM

Looking for extra silks practice time? Join us every Tuesday from 7:30–9:00 PM for Open Gym!

This drop-in session is open to athletes 12+ with at least one full beginner session of silks experience. Open Gym is your chance to:
✔️ Practice independently
✔️ Build strength and confidence
✔️ Work safely with partners when needed

An instructor will be onsite to supervise/ assist- but this isn’t a structured class, so come prepared & ready to work on your goals!

👉 Pre-registration is required to guarantee equipment availability.
