Our Intro to Aerial Silks is the perfect way for young athletes to explore something new this spring! This beginner-friendly class introduces hammock and split silks while building strength, flexibility, and coordination through fun, safe, and age-appropriate progressions.

Due to overwhelming interest from younger athletes and families, we’ve opened another Intro to Aerial Silks class on Friday afternoons! *Starting February 13th

This beginner-friendly class introduces young athletes to hammock and split silks, exploring climbs, swings, and poses in a fun, supportive environment. Classes focus on safe, age-appropriate progressions that build strength, coordination, flexibility, creativity, and confidence — all while having a great time in the air.

$69/month + tax (3-month session; April tuition adjusted in event of winter closures)
