Today we celebrate Alice Guy Blanché, the first female director, narrative filmmaker and film pioneer. Alice experimented using color, inter-racial casts and special effects. Good Morning my Queens!
How are you spending your Sunday Morning?
Whether you go to Church, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or catch up on some reading, I find there is something relaxing about Sunday morning.....that is unless you have young kids who wake up at the crack of dawn and you need to keep busy😂 🤣 🙄

However, these days will soon pass.....so remember to take a moment to enjoy whatever moments of silence you can find...

With all the busyness of the season, , it is easy to over do it.😍 😍 🤗 🤗

Even Queens need a break--so find a few minutes to breath today--even if it is on the toilet, while the kids watch a video--whatever you can make time for.

Today, give yourself permission, to NOT be OK, if that is how you are feeling. Take the time to relax, draw a bath, call a friend, do your nails....whatever helps you to feel like you matter and that your needs are being attended to.
