The 2024/2025 Rosie Fund Recipients. I started the Rosie Fund in honour of my Grandfather’s cousin, Rosie, who was a Spanish Residential School survivor. This fund helps support Indigenous girls playing hockey. Let’s cheer on Aiven from Oneida Nation of the Thames, Aurora from Six Nations of the Grand River, and Delilah and Breaha from Whitefish River First Nation!! 🧡🪶
Miigwech to everyone that supports this fund through Orange Shirt Day purchases and Armstrong Hockey Camps and a big shout out to for your Orange Shirt Day support! 🧡

And the 1st Annual “Pucker Cup” goes to Team Navy! But… all of the ladies who played this weekend were champions! Thank you to all the women who supported this event, and came out to play (for many it was their first time playing in a game!). The laughs, smiles, and community built around “Mother Puckers” shows that hockey is for everyone! 💜
Thank you so much to our sponsors .lt8 and Winmar London.
