Elizabeth Morgan and Dawn Maracle are excited to announce the promotion of Brigitte Grenier’s Cheer Body class on Breakfast Television (Toronto) in advance of our workshop for ARGO cheer alumni and CFCAO alumni members. Join us at 9:20am (EST) on Tuesday, October 27th to learn more about our event and to participate in a 5-minute workout with Brigitte.
