It is with a degree of enthusiasm, and some sense of mourning, that I announce tomorrow will be the last RFTL excursion ever. Meet at 5:30. I’m not even going to explain any details on how this works, because the real ones know. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you all. Don’t miss this opportunity. Running From the Law is BACK… AGAIN. Inspired by the positively balmy weather over the weekend, and the relentless demands of Henry Bee – we’ve made the decision to resurrect Southwestern Ontario’s most casual running club™️ once more. Those of you who’ve been out on a rip with us before know the drill – RFTL gets out for an extra relaxed 5k run* along one of London’s most scenic routes. Involvement is an excellent way to relieve a bit of law school stress and meet some new pals!

Alexander and I are busy because we are cool and popular lads, but feel free to contact either of us directly if you have any specific requests for run times. Hello all - this week's run will be tomorrow at 4:00PM! We're shifting to this earlier time because the clocks have changed and now it is dark and depressing around 5:00, so we want to curve that ambiance. We'll try different dates and times in the upcoming weeks to ensure everyone can get involved (to the labour law crowd, sorry about this week). See everyone tomorrow! (unless you are in labour law - RIP in peace)

Hey everyone - this week's run is happening on Thursday at 5:30! You know the drill, meet at the law building parking lot doors. It will likely be nippy, so dress accordingly. Post-run spoke beers will be a possibility if I am feeling rough after the real estate midterm. See you then!

Hi everyone! Based on your feedback we will be meeting at the back doors of the law building today at 5:30pm!! Looking forward to seeing lots of people and finishing our day with a nice run/ jog.

Please fill out our fall season run time form by indicating which times work for you: https://forms.gle/G8PzNsMTS6eACfUm8. Be sure to leave a comment on this post if you have any other times in mind, but also consider my persuasive explanation for why so few options are provided:
• Alexander and I have class until 5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Many of my homies have class until 6:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays
• Running is a bit of an end of the day activity, because showers on campus are closed and you don’t want to pull up to your seat beside your advanced contract issues crush smelling like a mangy hound
• Nobody is ever particularly enthusiastic to do anything on a Friday

Hi everyone!

We are really excited to see everyone tomorrow (Wednesday October 13th) for our first run of the year so don't forget your running shoes! We will be meeting at 4:00pm outside the backdoors (parking lot side) of the law building where we will start and end our run.

We will be running a crisp 5km tomorrow. Attached is a picture of our scenic route along the river. As a reminder this is meant to be a very relaxed and welcoming environment for runners and joggers of all levels to get outside, meet some fellow law students and take a break!

FYI there are empty lockers in the law building at the back of the locker room that we are able to use to store our bags/ stuff while we run if you bring a lock (please don't leave your stuff overnight).
