Gatka is a traditional Sikh martial art that has been practiced for centuries. It teaches self-defense, physical fitness, and spiritual growth, making it an excellent activity for both kids and adults. As a result, our Gatka Akhara is proposing a plan to encourage more kids and families to join us and experience the many benefits of Gatka. Please join us this Friday and Saturday from 7-8:30PM.

Our goal is to empower Sikh youth through martial arts, and we're thrilled to offer weekly classes every Friday and Saturday from 7:00 to 8:30pm. On Saturday April 1st, Guru Nanak Mission Society held the first Sikh Art Exhibition which featured the display of the sacrifices made by our ancestors. In collaboration with the Guru Nanak Mission Society, Misl Azaad discussed future initiatives including Gatka, and various other ways in which our youth can connect to Sikhi within London. We request all London Sangat to support this initiative and come under one Nishan Sahib so that we can commit ourselves to the seva that we need to do to educate our next generation.
