There’s a moment so many women hit in their late 30s and 40s where they realize something has shifted.

You’re still capable, still motivated, still doing all the things…

and yet you feel tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. Your body feels unfamiliar. What used to work doesn’t quite support you anymore.

Revive & Thrive was created for that moment.

Last year I ran this program for the first time, and the founding group taught me so much about what women in this season of life actually need.

I’ve taken everything I learned and refined this second round to feel even clearer, gentler, and more supportive.

It’s intentionally a small group, because that’s what allows for real connection and care.

This is a once-a-year program, and doors open January 1st. There will be limited spots, and once they’re filled, that’s it for this year.

Are you working from home? Kids home? Schools are actually open here in London and Ben was so excited to climb the snow hill when I dropped him off this morning.

Who else remembers that feeling as a kid? That kind of energy would be so great right now…

I’ve been chatting with so many women lately who are carrying a lot…

Trying to keep up with life, wanting more energy, more clarity and just wanting to feel a bit more like themselves again.
