The RHL Academy is organized for all groups of participants based on their ability and experience, with movement between levels determined by an individual’s progress in a competitive training environment.
Through concepts, drills, and scrimmage (possible games vs. other leagues), each level will include:
Skating Techniques

- Positioning Strategies
- Defence-to-Attack Formulations
- Man-to-Man Approaches
- Reaction Capacity & Timing Procedures

When: Sunday evenings
Cost: $20 drop-in fee
Open to all members and non-league members.

We're excited to announce Team Ontario Tryouts for State Wars Hockey 2026 — one of the premier roller hockey tournaments in North America.

This is an opportunity for individual players to compete at a high level and represent Ontario on a national stage.
