Your videos and tips are outstanding. Please make one on how to conduct yourself when introduced to his friends vs his boss or family. That should be interesting.

We don’t miss 😆 In case you’re new here…
I’m Ruthie. Model, coach, and confidence creator. I did life completely backwards. Kid first, then graduated, marriage, now co-parenting with my ex.
Somehow I ended up exactly where I’m supposed to be.
If you’ve ever felt like life didn’t happen in the right order for you, you’re in the right place.
💋
Confidence isn’t the absence of nervous energy, it’s the ability to stay with what you’re feeling instead of trying to escape it.
We think if we find the right spot, stand the right way, the discomfort will disappear.
But the discomfort isn’t coming from where you’re standing, it’s coming from your relationship to what you’re feeling.
When you bring your attention back to your feet on the ground and the sound of your breath, the uncertainty might still be there.
But so is a deeper sense of safety.
The “right place to stand” is a thought.
Confidence is a body experience.
Presence is how you discover that you already belong wherever you are 💋
Grace isn’t something you do.
It’s something you give yourself and then it shows ✨
Same car.
Different self-care 💋
Affirmation and visions board don’t work… if your belief isn’t behind it. This is how to get honest with yourself so you can collapse time and get to the things you want, faster ⚡️ Want the full example?
Listen… we all have that angle 😂Be honest, what do you do? 🫣
I used to think the hardest part of parenting would be the sleepless nights.
Nobody told me it would be this.
Looking at the person in front of you and somehow seeing every version of them at once 🫶🏽
This will trigger some people…
Because some people think the confidence series is about copying my movements exactly.
So they argue about the posture.
Say it’s performative.
Fake.
And that’s where confidence is the most misunderstood.
Confidence isn’t a posture.
It’s a nervous system state.
When you walk into a party alone, the goal isn’t to “look confident.” It’s to stay open.
Not shutting down, not imagining what everyone else is thinking, but actually experiencing the room that you’re in.
Because the most interesting people…
The best conversations…
The moments that change your life…
They don’t happen when you’re perfect.
They happen when you’re present enough to notice 💋
Apparently confidence has a gender now 🙄
What do you think?
Is confidence masculine… or just uncomfortable for those not used to seeing women take up space? 🤔
