I'm teaching at Shangrila Yoga, Saturdays at 11am. I happy to say that we are now outside in this beautiful studio.

Good news! After a long break from teaching, I will be starting a new class, beginning Thursday April 21 at 5:30pm. It will take place in the outdoor studio at Shangrila Yoga.
