Huge shoutout to our 63-year-old client on her first check-in 👏
She’s been active and consistent her whole life
lots of cardio, plenty of workouts, and eating minimal, low-carb because she thought that was the “right” way to stay in shape.
But her body was asking for something different.
3 weeks ago we changed the approach to match what her body actually needed, more structure, better fueling.
Just 3 weeks in and her metabolism has already ramped up.

Same time last year she was dealing with constant low-back pain.
Today she’s back from vacay celebrating over 9K steps pain free.
