I know this isn’t something we always talk about.
Many people move through life after loss as if nothing happened because it feels like no one understands, so why bother sharing?
But the truth is, many of us do understand.
We’ve just become very good at hiding inside our pain.
And because grief isn’t often spoken about openly, we forget the very thing that changed us so deeply.
Grief is a gift.
And I’m not trying to pretend it didn’t hurt… Grief just asks us to feel. And feeling is where healing begins.
If we allow it, grief has a way of stripping away everything that no longer serves us. The masks. The stories. The identities we built just to survive.
It brings us back to what is real.
I know that may sound poetic…but I’ve found it to be true.
Grief helps us remember.
It reminds us what matters. It reminds us how deeply we can love. And, it reminds us that life is so beautiful.
And if we can find the courage to feel what we’ve been carrying, we don’t just survive loss...
We learn how to truly live.

Reminding you that life is more than what you see - it’s something you feel. 💫 Awakening | Breathwork Events | Mentorship
The moment you stop abandoning yourself, everything changes. And I’m not just saying this to add anything fancy. It’s just truth. 💛

I almost forgot how badass I actually was - am.
These last several years took me to a place where everything I thought I knew about myself completely crumbled. But in the falling apart, I remembered something…
I had to let go of so much to regain my voice. To speak my truth. To love every version of myself. The woman I was. The woman I am. And the woman I know I’m becoming.
My dreams. My goals. My mission. My purpose.
Now I GET to enjoy life - differently. To be the best version of myself in this moment, knowing that how I treat myself and my body is a reflection of how I choose to treat others.
There’s something incredibly powerful about realizing YOU are who you’ve been searching for this entire time.
And I’ll tell you this…Everything you see on the outside isn’t always real. But YOU are.
Take care of yourself. Work on yourself. Dismantle the stories you keep telling yourself. And remember who you are underneath the weight you carry.
Maybe it’s time to put the load down, one piece at a time.
Because you are worth it.
And I love you, my friend. 💛

The reason the main character was in that state? Traumatic loss. He lost his family.
Grief is either a doorway to destruction or a portal to remembrance.
When I walked through my own darkness, my body chose remembrance and I had no idea why. It was a feeling I knew but didn't know how. And I won’t pretend it was easy. I went through a really, really dark time and one nobody around me understood.
Until my brother sent the right mentors and guides into my life, people who helped me through the unraveling.
That’s the thing about grief…when someone you love dies tragically, you go numb. And when you’re alone in it, the pain is suffocating.
Until it’s not.
Because the moment you remember that we are eternally connected, grief shifts. It becomes a gift. And once you receive that gift, you have a responsibility to share it.
This is why I do this work. 🤍
If you’re in the darkness right now, you are not alone. Message me.

I’m so grateful for the time that we’re in. My journey was not by accident. Now that I’m rooted in service, I’m here to help the collective.
We are not alone. Our family, friends in spirit are with us, guiding us…whether for comfort as we heal, a guided evolutionary experience, or the experience of unconditional, expansive love.
We are here to rise and to remember who we are.
I’m here for all of it.

On a side note - listen to your body. It is trying to communicate with you.

My brother died by su***de. And in the wreckage of that loss - he didn’t leave. He changed form.
I know how that sounds. I also know that if you just lost someone, you already feel what I’m describing. That presence. That knowing. That something that moves through you in quiet moments that you don’t have language for yet.
You’re not losing your mind. You’re being opened.
In case we haven’t met, my name is Nubbia Quezada. I walked through the darkest grief of my life and came out the other side as a medium, a spiritual integrator, and a guide for high-performing men and women who are in the fire of loss right now.
I don’t rush healing. I bridge the gap between who you were before and who you are becoming. Between this world and the one your person is still present in.
If this is the first thing that has named what you’re feeling, you found me. That’s not a coincidence.
Send me a Direct Message. Just say “I’m ready.” That’s enough. I’ll take it from there.

Not only do I see you, I feel you. And this is who I am.
Once you get to know me, you’ll feel it too.
The thing is… my work is my presence. Because with me, you get to show up as you.
There’s no hiding… because I can see right through it. And that’s the power of unfiltered, raw human connection.
That is what the world needs most.
When I can look into your eyes and you feel safe enough to finally be yourself… that’s living right there.
Listen, I don’t care about your titles. I care about the person inside.
So if you’re tired of carrying weight that no longer belongs to you…a version of yourself you created just to survive…a character you built to be seen a certain way…
Or if pain, grief, pressure, or life itself has been holding you hostage in your own skin…
Send me a message. Let’s chat.
Let’s see if there’s a way we can work together.

Some of the most “successful” people I’ve met are quietly drowning inside.
This is never because of weakness… we’ve just never been taught to sit with our emotions long enough to truly feel.
So what happens? We stay busy, work harder, train harder and achieve more OR the complete opposite - we crumble.
Grief, pressure, and pain does not disappear just because we become productive.
It waits… and I see it every single day.
And maybe that’s why my path unfolded the way it did.
Ever since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to help people. From working with children with disabilities, to becoming a personal trainer and CrossFit coach, to now helping people reconnect with themselves, their spirit, and the love that still exists beyond loss…
Every chapter led me here.
This work is not about staying stuck in pain. It’s about returning to the root of your very own existence. It’s remembering, integrating and becoming who you were always meant to be.
If this feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or hard to understand…Stay a while.
And if something inside of you feels this…
Trust that.

This is shared with care, not judgment.
When someone dies by su***de, there is so much pain for them and for the people who love them.
I’ve walked with many families through this, and what I’ve seen is not punishment or failure, but deep human suffering mixed with misunderstanding of the mind and its programming.
We are not taught that pain can be a teacher, or that what we’re facing may hold the key to our growth. When the mind takes over, it can convince us there is only one way out…even when there isn’t.
This isn’t about guilt. It’s about awareness.
And it’s about reminding anyone who is struggling that you are not broken, and you are not alone. There is support, and there are other paths, even if you can’t see them yet. 🤍
✨If you need help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
