Our dojo experienced some unexpected flooding, but the water is out and the cleanup is underway. 💪

Right now, we’re focused on drying everything out, cleaning up, and getting the dojo ready to welcome everyone back.
We are aiming to reopen by Wednesday… but stay tuned for updates.

Thank you to all the families that showed support, and took the time to see if we needed help. We can’t wait to get back in the dojo with our Superkids family. 👊

3 Reasons Why Sparring is Important:

1. To build CONFIDENCE in a CONFRONTATION. Becoming comfortable with defending and seeing attacks come towards you will make you more confident in any confrontation.

2. MANAGING DISTANCE. Learning to control the distance between you and your opponent is the most important thing in any fight.

1. APPLYING SKILLS & TECHNIQUES learned in class. Any kicks, punches, and combinations that are practiced on the pads, can be tested and tried out during sparring.
