I just wanted to take a moment and recognize the AWESOME team of volunteers who worked tirelessly to bring you the live action from Miramichi this week through our streams.

I'm so proud of the work we have done, some great on-air moments with a professional approach, all in the name of sharing the tournament with Canadians.

Big shoutout to Will, Malcolm, Ransen, Aaron, Ryan, Thomas, Leeam and Grayson who all gave some of their time this weekend. Huge thanks to Dan as well for making the trip out and taking a lot of things off my plate (which was welcome and needed) and of course, I couldn't have done this without my partner in crime Jake, they don't call him the best color man in the business for nothing and there's no one I would have rather had sitting in the booth with me to call that final game

Of course, thanks to all of you who have watched and shared the live streams. The positive feedback and comments have been noticed and please know that while I can't respond to all of them, they are much appreciated. We had no idea how this live program was going to go but I can honestly say I don't think I could picture it going any better than it did.

The Ironmen, who are joined by Fredericton Royals pickups Craig Oliver, Corey Wood, Demitri Shakotko and Colby Lyle, take the field at 2:00pm with the opportunity to bring another National Championship home to the NBSBL. 🇨🇦🏆

Unfortunately, Mother Nature hasn't been our friend today so Baseball Canada has made the decision to postpone planned play for today.

The Bronze medal game between Ontario and Alberta will be played Monday at 10am

The Gold medal game between Host/Chatham and Québec will be played Monday at 2pm

Any additional updates/changes will be posted if/when they occur

1:45PM UPDATE

The rain has moved in and will remain until around 6pm. Baseball Canada and the Tournament Committee feel there is a clear window to play at 7pm.

Therefore, the gold medal game will proceed as scheduled at 7pm. The bronze medal game has been rescheduled to 10pm tonight.

Next update will be provided around 4:30pm
