Hi, I’m Kelsey! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) (With the CRPO) with 8 years of experience providing mental health support, and I’m excited to be opening my own virtual counselling practice.

I support adults (18+) navigating things like:

✨ Anxiety
✨ Low mood
✨ Stress & burnout
✨ People pleasing & perfectionism
✨ Body-focused repetitive behaviours, such as skin picking and hair pulling
✨ Life transitions
✨ Mindset challenges, including for high-performing individuals, athletes, and business owners

My approach is collaborative, practical, and human. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to bring my experience alongside yours to help you understand what’s getting in the way and figure out what needs to change.

I’ll be your cheerleader, celebrate your wins, and gently challenge you when I think something is keeping you stuck. And yes, we’ll probably laugh along the way. You don’t need to show up perfectly, have all the answers, or censor yourself.

I’m currently building a waitlist and will start seeing clients starting September 21st from both Ontario and New Brunswick!
