HUF Classes
We are currently offering over 20 classes per week. Our boxing , kickboxing, and strength & conditioning classes welcome all levels, from beginners to professionals.
Throughout the course of just ONE boxing class, you will begin to learn and develop the skill and the technique you need. All HUF boxing classes include core training but an overall full body workout. Classes will help you increase your cardiovascular conditioning, self-esteem, hand-eye coordination, reduce stress/anxiety, tone, and strengthen your body.

APRIL 21st MEMBER APPRECIATION
NIGHT, next Friday!
(The 3rd Friday of EVERY MONTH
Come out to watch our fighters and fighters from other gyms show their skills as they get ready for upcoming fights.
This night is to help boxers get comfortable with fighting in front of a crowd and for our members to come together as a community and support our fighters, in their training and commitment that is seen in the gym. It is technical sparring, with sparring equipment. Please note that anyone that is not a member pays for a Day Pass because we are a private facility.
