THE WORK WILL START AT NOON AND FINISH AT 5:00 P.M.

THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THE RESIDENT PARKING GARAGE DURING THIS TIME.

WE URGE ALL RESIDENTS TO AVOID GOING TO AND FROM THE RESIDENTIAL PART OF GARAGE AT THIS TIME

As you may know, we have electronic notice boards in the elevators. These notice boards are operated by company named maxtvmedia but management can post their notices on the boards as well.

Please be reminded that the fobbed elevator system is in full effect.

RESIDENTS: To access your floor:
Swipe your fob on the fob reader located inside the elevator
Push your floor button.
NOTE: Elevator access is only granted to your floor of residence. Access to the 8th floor is available to those units which have an amenity card.
Access to the ground floor and all parking levels remains unlocked at all times.

GUESTS AND DELIVERIES:
Must be buzzed in by a resident in order to gain elevator access to their floor. Guests and deliveries MUST use the enter phone to contact residents.

GARAGE POWER WASHING

OUR ANNUAL POWER WASHING OF THE P1, P2 and P3 LEVELS WILL BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 21, 2017.

CLOSURE OF VISITORS PARKING WILL START ON TUESDAY JUNE 20, 2017 AT 6:00 p.m.

ALL CARS MUST BE REMOVED, NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.

WEDNESDAY JUNE 21, 2017 - P1 LEVEL INCLUDING VISITOR PARKING.

THURSDAY JUNE 22, 2017 - P2 LEVEL

FRIDAY JUNE 23, 2017 - P3 LEVEL

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED BY 8:00 A.M. AND CAN RETURN AFTER 6:00 P.M.

ITEMS THAT ARE LEFT IN THE PARKING SPOTS WILL BE DISPOSED OF DURING THE POWER WASHING. NOTHING IS TO BE STORED IN YOUR PARKING SPOTS.

PSCC 894 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO VEHICLES. PSCC 894 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING TICKETS.

RESIDENTS CANNOT PARK IN THE RABBA PARKING LOT OR THEY WILL BE TICKETED BY MISSISSAUGA PARKING CONTROL. PSCC 894 CANNOT CANCEL OR PAY FOR PARKING TICKETS.

The monthly fire alarm test will be on MONDAY JUNE 19, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Alarms will sound off in the building.

SPRING NEWS

The 8th floor terrace opened on Friday May 19, 2017. Please be reminded that you must have an amenities card to use the 8th floor facilities.

You will need to reserve the BBQ with the Concierge. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. No exceptions can be made.

Booking the BBQ must be done in person and is on a "first come, first served" basis. You will need to submit your cheque at that time and sign the rules and regulations agreement to confirm your booking.

Tenants must have a certified cheque or money order in the amount of $200.00 made payable to PSCC 894.

Owners can submit a personal cheque for $200.00.

NO CASH CAN BE ACCEPTED AT ALL.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak to the Concierge or the Management Office.

A reminder that the fobbed elevators are now active. You must swipe your fob on the reader in the elevator before pressing your floor. Only your floor of residence, ground floor, and parking levels will unlock. The 8rh floor will only be available if you have an amenities card. Contact concierge of you have any issues with your fob access.

Please be advised that beginning today the A/C is on. Don't forget to change your thermostat to 'cooling'.

HEATING IN THE BUILDING......

The heating will turned OFF in the building on Monday May 8, 2017.

At that time you will no longer be able to get heat in your suite for this season.

We will post a notice when the AC has been turned on.
