👁THERE’S A TIME FOR GIVING YOURSELF A BREAK & THERE’S A TIME TO JUST WORK.👁

♠️That voice in your head that says, “We’ll do it tomorrow” or
“I’ll just skip today no big deal.”

♠️I know the voice too well. It haunts me, sometimes. Only because I give into it at times.

🔮The only problem with giving into it is that you tell subconsciously yourself that you aren’t strong enough to overpower it that day.
You give into the instant gratification that it tells you to go after.

🕊But you MUST train that voice to prove to YOURSELF that you can overpower it. Not to prove it to anyone else, but yourself.🕊

🙏You might actually need a rest day or you might need to get your mind of the project you’ve been GLUED to. Make a conscious plan to schedule that time for yourself. But DO NOT give in to the voice in that moment.

💪When that voice comes up, it’s your opportunity to put it in its place by SIMPLY WORKING.💪

🔑Choosing CLARITY in Chaos🔑

🌊Sometimes I feel pulled in all directions...

A part of me wants to dedicate hours and hours into achieving my long-term goals.

A part of me wants to dedicate even more time to getting my dream body.

A part of me wants to make time to spend with the people closest to me.

A part of me wishes I could go back to gaming 10 hours a day like when I was in my first-year of school.

A part of me wants to just sit back and enjoy having lazy days without stress.

🎭There’s just so much going on around me & so many different paths to take, it can be hard to choose where to dedicate my time and energy. I don’t always know if my actions will lead me down the right path.🎭

BUT.... I DO KNOW...

💫When I CHOOSE to remind myself of THE LIFE I’D LIKE TO CREATE FOR MYSELF, it gives me CLARITY.💫

🔑Now, CLARITY in the the midst of chaos does a really powerful thing for me. It lets me take all those different parts of me that have different desires and direct that energy to one goal. 🔑
🛤BUILDING THE LIFE THAT I WANT.🛤

⚡️Sometimes this means sacrificing some parts of me. Maybe even not making time for all the people & things that I would love to be spending time with.⚡️

🔮But at the end of the day, CLARITY helps me understand WHY I choose to do the things I do.🔮

My 3 Tips To “Staying On Track” Through Busy Times & Adversity💯
❇️�1) Create/Find A Plan & STICK TO IT
->We all know motivation comes and goes. To accomplish you fitness goals in the long run, you need to be able to get your workouts done and be on top of your nutrition whether you feel like it OR NOT. Having a set plan/routine makes it much easier for you to get your workouts in on those days where you just DON’T FEEL LIKE IT. It motivates you and takes the decision-making process out of your day!⚡️✅
�2) Make AN IDENTITY-LEVEL CHANGE🤯
-> If you are someone that falls off track of your fitness for long periods at a time, you need to CHANGE THE WAY you see FITNESS as a part of your life. Figure out why FITNESS is important to you and THE TYPE OF PERSON you want to become THROUGH FITNESS. How would he/she think? What kind of habits and work ethic would he/she deploy? 🤔Engrain these thoughts and habits IN YOUR BRAIN and START ACTING LIKE THAT PERSON TODAY. You will begin to SEE YOURSELF DIFFERENTLY over time and CONSISTENCY WILL COME AS A RESULT.✅🌟
�3) GET EXTERNAL ACCOUNTABILITY. -> This might be the most important of all. We all want to pursue our goals on our own and prove to ourselves that we are CAPABLE. This is a MINDSET that is extremely POWERFUL. If you think like this, THAT’S AMAZING, you are among the MOST DRIVEN people out there.😤This same mindset can be your DOWNFALL and keep you from taking yourself to the NEXT LEVEL. 🤷🏾‍♂️Having a friend/mentor/coach to keep you accountable and also help you through roadblocks can make the difference in “staying on track” because they can help you to see the mistakes that you can’t on your own!📈��Tip: If you REALLY want to take your ACCOUNTABILITY to the next level, post your goals publicly on social media and give yourself some SOCIAL PRESSURE to thrive under! Share your progress publicly as well! This is part of the reason I started posting workouts 😉

How long are you WILLING to PUT OFF YOUR GOALS? 😤

We all have that one or two (or maybe a lot more) things that we’ve told ourselves we want to accomplish this year...

You might’ve even told your friends and family about your aspirations...

❌And yet... you still haven’t been able to “FIND TIME” to put in the work for it ⏱

❌You just can’t seem to find time in your busy schedule...

❌You’re just waiting for that right moment so that you can get going...

❌You’re waiting on somebody around you to give you the push you need🙅‍♂️

The truth is.. the only thing STOPPING YOU from accomplishing those goals IS YOU 🛑🤷🏾‍♂️

That workout & meal routine you keep telling yourself you will get started on...

That dream body you’ve put off time and time again...

Or maybe it’s the business or new skill you told yourself you would pursue...

✅ The ONLY WAY to SUCCEED is to MAKE THAT GOAL A PRIORITY... TODAY!😤

✅You CANNOT tolerate the EXCUSES from your self anymore, if you want to ACTUALLY move towards what you want 🙌

✅Make the COMMITMENT to better YOURSELF TODAY and FOLLOW THROUGH ON THAT⚡️⚡️
