The Flag Party is This Saturday starting at 5:30pm at Lakeshore Yacht Club (Kipling & Lakeshore).

Please request your meals ASAP so we can ensure we have enough food for everyone. We have ordered a certain amount as an estimate but reserve your meal to ensure you get one. Meals are prioritized based on pre-order and then first come first serve for what remains. The food is amazing!!

Congratulations to Afterburn who won Line Honours for the Main Duck Island Course. They arrived ahead over everyone at 7:48 this morning. It took them 2 days 20 hours and 13 minutes! Long tough course this year!

From the race course -Blatant Disregard on the Main Duck Island Course reports around 12 knots of wind from the southwest. They’re in a big battle for the lead in PHRF FS C with Boomdoggle, Life Aquatic, Analeare, and GOOMAH.

From the Race Course. Esprit de Corps - We had issues with the first jib just before just we hit the start line. Bit of a scrabble but ok now . Hanging at the tail end of our fleet. All good. I’d rather wind than a nice sunset. What to do when there is no wind? Deploy the bubblometet to find the wind…and yes it works. Alos time to learn old school navigation. You never know when a sextant will come in handy. Wind is picking up so time to move!

From the Race Course - No wind but beautiful views.

The racers on the Scotch Bonnet Island course have suffered with a no wind night, but have rounded the Island and are on their way to the finish. The lead boats, Free Style and Katbird, still have 40 and 41 nm to go but at 0.6 and 2 knots, their arrival will take a while.
