✨ Final Guest Artist Announcement – Summer Intensive 2 ✨
We are thrilled to welcome our final guest artist for Summer Intensive 2, Iryna Savonik!
Iryna is a choreographer, ballet master, and teacher specializing in Ukrainian Folk Dance. A graduate of the Kyiv Academy of Culture and Arts, Faculty of Folk Choreography, she received professional training in Ukrainian folk dance, classical choreography, and stage performance.
Her professional career has taken her around the world, performing with Ukrainian dance ensembles in Japan and Turkey, where she proudly shared Ukrainian culture on the international stage. She has also taught classical ballet and Ukrainian folk dance in Ukraine and Poland, inspiring dancers of all ages through movement, music, and tradition.
After arriving in Canada in 2023, Iryna founded the Malvy Dance Ensemble, where she continues to preserve and celebrate Ukrainian dance and culture while building a vibrant community through the arts.
