PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞
recipe;
1 scoop of iso protein (any choice) i used isopept zero choco peanut butter
1/4 almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 banana mashed
splash of water to mix

i don’t use syrup or honey for my pancakes i usually used sautéed fruits

either strawberry, raspberry or blueberries in this case i used strawberries

in a pot handful of strawberries, 2 packs of stevia and splash of water mix until mades into sauce or jelly texture

makes about 3-4 pancakes depending how big you make ur pancakes
CALORIES: 495cals
