Allow me to introduce myself 🙃

Well, it won’t matter because I’m ever changing and ever growing, whatever I tell you now might no longer be in the next minute.

But here are some things that have remained unchanged:

- I’m an impatient and stubborn Ta**us ♉ Leo rising ♌ moon in scorpio ♏ and Venus in aries ♈. Kuddos to my close ones, they are champs 🥇

- I was born and raised in Brazil and moved to Canada alone when I was 15. Lived there for 18 years and am now I’m embracing a nomadic life 💃🏽

- I speak four languages: Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. I’m a mediocre writer in all of them🤷🏻‍♀️

- I have two nieces who rock my world, Stella and Maya💙

- My favourite food is bread and salted butter. Seriously! And yes, the “salted” is really important🥖🧈

- My journey back to myself started in 2015 when I had a depression which I chose to navigate quietly because I was ashamed of it and felt weak.

- People say I’m Moana. I agree.

- I’m a splenic projector 3/5. I still don’t know what this means🤷🏻‍♀️

- I used to be a salsa teacher. Loved it! 💃🏽

- I’m a wine lover 🍷 and somewhat of a “snob” as some of my friends would say. What can I say.. once you know, you know🤷🏻‍♀️

- Nature is my home, my teacher, my muse, and where I find all my answers 🌱🌺

- I’ve been working with plant medicine since 2017 (still a baby). Ayahuasca came to me in a dream (had never heard of it before) and led me to her… 3 weeks after the dream I was in the Peruvian Amazon🧝🏽‍♀️

- I’ve been leading from my intuition for as long as I can remember. Sometime this means swift moves and unpredictable changes. Been having lots of those lately 👌🏼

- I’m a great solo traveler. Love spending time on my own and happy to crack a smile when I want to chat with someone🙃

- I’m in this process as much as you guys. I deal with my fears and inner-critic voices on the daily.... but when you know them quite well, you invite them for dinner instead of pushing them away😉

SAFETY

It takes safety to express
It takes safety to be seen in your truth
It takes safety to surrender your heart
It takes safety to speak your needs

When that safety is not there, your insides may scream “run!!!” or “hide!!!”

But the reality is, when you can establish full safety within yourself, you know that no matter what, you got YOU. Because at the of the day…

Someone else’s reaction is just a projection of their own experience. It has nothing to do with you.

The safety you establish within yourself to BE, is the backbone to live with an open heart💖

Let. That. Land.

Did it land?

From this point, you can establish the boundaries and parameters required for you to feel safe in your external world- relationships, social media, and overall letting yourself be seen in your truth.

The past few days have asked me to stretch, to hold more than I thought I could, to be a stand for my mission so powerfully that my fears and self-doubt had no room in it.

It took me to hold my soul purpose at the top of my mind loud and in bold.

It took me to to show-up and say yes when my ego wanted to hide and say no.

It took me to hold and see myself in fetal position when it got too overwhelming.

It took me to ask for support from my ancestors and from Mother Earth 🌍… When I did, I received the message “stand in your power… hear us… listen listen”

It took me to trust that I’m but a vessel for spirit to speak through, and I just needed to be truly connected… the rest was on them.

And more importantly,

It took a lot of self-care and self-compassion💖

There is a force asking us to rise above so we can step up in service at our highest alignment. I hear it. Do you?
