Looking for a Virtual Recruiting Agent.
Main Duties:
Market the available open positions.
Collection of CV/Resume.
Conduct the phone interview.
Conduct Zoom meeting.
Communication with agent and HRD.
Keep track of daily recruitments.
Maintain log sheet.
Attend 2 training weekly (1 hour/Training).
Job requirements:
Secondary High Schol or equivalent
2 years Recruitment work experience.
Must be fluent in English or French.
Knowledge of MS word and Excel.
Multi tasking skills.
Able to work without a supervision.
Be comfortable of working from home.
Other preferred skills:
Positive attitude, Overcome negativity, Leadership personality, Creativity, Confidence, Self motivation, Hardworking, Honest, Helpfulness.
