Quand : le samedi 24 juin de 9h à 10h.

Ou : 🌳La pratique se fera en extérieur, sur une terrasse privée dans le quartier du Plateau Mont Royal. Le matériel de yoga est gracieusement fourni (tapis, sangle, bolster etc)
